Start with a project you can finish

A compact house, bridge or room gives you a manageable way to learn placement and movement on a touch screen. Sketch the footprint, choose a small material palette and finish the basic structure before adding decoration. Keeping the first build modest helps you learn controls without losing the purpose of the session.

Agree on shared play

For a world used with friends or family, discuss who can join and what changes are welcome. Make sure everyone understands which world is being opened before altering an existing creation.
