Apple’s lookup associates this identifier with Real-Time Stocks by C.B. Liu and a release record from 2017. Its description advertises quotes, charts and watchlists. A surviving metadata record establishes identity; it does not prove that an old data connection still operates or that every displayed price is current.
Inspect the information around the price
A useful market screen identifies the instrument, exchange, currency and timestamp. If any of those are unclear, comparing the number with another app can produce a false discrepancy. A chart also needs a defined period and scale before its shape can be interpreted sensibly.
