The original workflow began by creating a property, adding images and expenses, then entering units and lease information. That organization matters when several buildings have similar tasks: a lease date or repair cost must remain associated with the correct unit to be useful.
The app also described work orders containing a job name, description, cost and date. A user could attach the order to a property and email the information. The historical feature set therefore connected administrative records with the practical work needed at a location.
