This is the ultimate pocket guide to cheeses made throughout the world. A “must have” for all connoisseurs of fine foods.

This release features the ability to add your own cheese notes, select ratings from 1 to 5 stars, add to your favorites lists (Try, Buy, or Favorites categories), enter the location tasted, enter the location found, and enter the cheese price. You may also select from a list of 70 tasting keywords that help describe your tasting impressions. In addition to creating your own personal cheese notes, this version now includes search.

In the initial release of Fromage, we brought to your iPod a select library of over 225 French cheeses produced in 19 regions. In the second version we added 155 cheeses from 18 various countries throughout the world. In version 2.1 of Fromage, we listened to your reviews and focused on adding great cheeses from Spain (90 in total), from Italy (95 in total), and from the United States (85 in total) for a total of 270 new cheese entries. Fromage now features over 650 worldwide cheeses available for quick reference anytime and anywhere on your iPod or iPhone. So, whether you’re a classically trained chef, professional party planner, cheese buyer, or just plain cheese lover, grab Fromage, your favorite wine, and experience the wonderful and historic flavors of cheese.

Entries of each cheese features artistically presented cheese photos, historically narrated flavor descriptions, and suggested best choices for complementary wines.

Internet or Wi-Fi connection is not required (great for iPod Touch users).

Est-ce possible d'ajouter des fromages qui ne font pas partie de la liste de départ? Par exemple, des fromages québecois...

Merci!

Is it possible to add cheeses that are not part of the start list? For example, cheeses from Quebec ..

Tks!
