I have just now bought under licence No: 78876ba88231e8b for US@ 29.95 and my credit card have debited by you as you have told me to open safari point to iphone.mobiscope.com I did the same it opened but unfortunately it got installed overand above the previous installation of $ 2.99 in my Iphone and agot mixed up HOw do I remove the previous 2.99 softwaare and replace the same with US@ 29.95 and get the new one registered and start see thru the latest one Please help me I am using only IP camera and not other. Please reply me immediately since as you know I am old man of 74 years and tensed and worried and sort the problem and help me fasstttttttttttttttt… God bless you and your family thank u in advance

At the moment via Mobiscope Client you can connect to public and IP cameras only.
We plan to add possibility to connect to USB and in-built cameras in one of the nearest software updates.

I have downloaded MObiscope for my IPhone 16 GB whch is of $2.99 and installed onthe m0bile of mine. I can see all the other worldwide cameras except one which is installed at my home. In the same time I have bought Mobiscope camera software for my Nokia 5800 xpress Music in that I can see all the world wide camera plus my camera at home . There I have installed MObiscope client in my mobile 58oo xpress music as well Mobiscope desktop in my computor where the Network camera is connected thru Network and it has generated no: like 20076116.
Where as I installed mobiscope for IPhone I have installed only in the mobile and it has NO mobiscope desktop software to be connected to the mobile with some specific no.
Explaine and help me to connect the iphone mobiscope to my camera which is installed any specific nu so that it is configured and I can see the camera in my iphone Urgent urgent sen d my reply fast

i just bought one time fee iphone mobiscope license via Handango site, paid by visa card.
they emailed me registration key but iphone mobiscope doesn’t accept this key.
error message tells “registration key is unknown (reason #1) please specify another key”
i tried many times to email/send forms to support service but i can’t reach you..

Patrick, you will be able to see the camera connected to a Windows based PC via a capture card on the desktop. If the card is multichannel, only one channel can be viewed. If the viewing on the desktop is successful, the same will be on the iPhone. We haven’t tested on the Mac yet.

Super app, but is it possible to view a camera that I have connected to my computer via a capture card? At the moment it seems that only USB-connected cameras are viewable.

Just dowloaded and set up on Windows vista and iphone, at first didnt think it worked but was my sutpidity had to register also on the other mobiscope sight and insert computer number which I received when registering pc. Fantasic little program and works brillant on my phone as well. Will definetly consider purcashing the full program!

gp1890, you can try to hook your camera to the video adapter. If it works, you can also try to connect to Mobiscope Desktop.

WOW!! Awesome. I cannot fathom out why so many of you are having problems with this bit of kit?, I downloaded the .jar file for my phone (N95 8Gb) and the server for my laptop, installed them and had the program working in less than 5 minutes. The framerate is almost real time, just a slight lag, but thats nothing to worry about, and the picture quality is great. I have had 3 webcams running at once and one of them is fantastic. Must admit it is a 5megapixel jobby with a very quick auto iris response time so it really adjusts quickly to different light conditions. All in all a great program priced at just under $30 or in my case £16.
I’m going to trial it for the week before registering it just to check all is ok.

Great idea, great software.. I love it. I can spy on my baby sitter now without spending a ton of money. WOW. I love it. I was going to spend a lot of money to try to set something like this up when I found this software. I could not believe. Installed it and it works wonderful.. Yes, I agree about the MAC, they should write it for MAC as well. We have 2 PC’S and 2 MAC’s, I would love to have 4 views of the house.

Dear Camille, yes, our developers are working constantly on the improving of the software. So these options hoping will be in the future releases. As Apple set some restrictions for iPhone Native Applications, for now Mobiscope is available only as a web app. We will make it a native app when it becomes possible.

I never received ANY RESPONSE from you or your team. Why would you post that you “answered all my questions?” I have been waiting since March to hear something, but have heard nothing. I notice you answered 3 Emails on June 10th, one right after the other. Guys, if you are going to check and answer Emails every several months, at least don’t make it so obvious and answer everything all at once. Not very sophisticated lying….

Is there any plan to make this an app that runs by itself without having to use safari? also any plans to incorporate zoom, pan, tilt and use of presets i already have on my camera?

Sure would like to see this software/service available for mac users.

This program works just as advertised. I really enjoy being able to watch my kids when I’m not home.. especially when we have a sitter at the house. It’s a perfect nannycam! Thanks!

Ok this is a truly amazing app. I love it! Easy to set up and it works perfect.

I tryied it month ago and it worked but it was slow vie EDGE, now with the new iPhone3G it should work better so i’l lgive it another shot once i get my 3G.

Have not read the other reviews on this, but I will say this program has worked great for me.
Only problem I had was I had an unrelated computer crash. had to reload Windoze. Now it tells me I only have a trial version. Not a problem with the program, though. It’s a personal issue. The program works great.

I put this on my iphone and while on vacation in Miami, I happened to be viewing my home in New York and caught a burglar in the act! Unfortunately it did not record when I pushed the record so I wrote many emails to Mobiscope to try and see if they had the recording of the burglar - but received NO response. Now it has stopped working even though I paid for a licence. Lousy support for this great product!!
