Looking for the myGilbert iPhone app from an older bookmark? The Town of Gilbert’s January 2012 announcement linked to our listing for that app. Today, the town directs residents to Gilbert 311 for reporting local, non-emergency issues. Here is how the historical link and current service fit together.
What was myGilbert?
In its January 2012 announcement, Gilbert described myGilbert as its first mobile app for iPhone and Android. Residents could report neighborhood concerns such as litter, weeds and green pools, while location information helped staff find the issue. The app also supplied town contact and background information.
That announcement linked to Apple app ID 492312133 through iPhoneApplicationList. Apple’s US catalog returned no result for that historical ID when checked on October 15, 2026.
