Vision Pro Shipping Delays: Pre-Orders for All Configurations Now Shipping in March1 min read

Apple’s highly anticipated Vision Pro headset has been met with strong demand, leading to shipping delays for all three storage configurations. Just minutes after pre-orders opened on January 19, shipping estimates have been pushed back to mid-March for the 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB models.

This initial supply shortage is likely due to high demand and limited production capacity. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously estimated that Apple would have around 60,000 to 80,000 Vision Pro units available for launch day in the United States. However, it appears that demand has far exceeded Apple’s initial expectations.

If you were hoping to get your hands on a Vision Pro on launch day, you may need to wait a few more months. However, there is still a chance to get your hands on a headset sooner, as some specific sizes may still be available for delivery in early February.

Also, more details have become available concerning Vision Pro accessories: Additional batteries available for $199 / unit, light seal cushion replacements available for $29, light seals for $199, travel case for $199, and each head band configuration is $99 individually.
