We bought a used ipod for our daughter. We need to know if there is a way that we can erase the previous owner's e-mail address and account and replace it with ours. thank you.

Hi,

ipod is have a recovery options. you go to the settings and click the old recovery. then u can use normally. otherwise u have to instell recovery software, then recovery your data.
