What a lame review!  If you continue to post garbage like this I will never visit your site again.

I seems like the author of this article is just writing to write and not really thinking about the content.  How long did you have this game and how many people did you speak with to post such nonsense.  Did it take you less than five minutes to come up with this garbage. What a biased garbage review.

Please…clever marketing, is this all you have. You think that this is all it takes to make a game so successful…honey you have no clue how to write good reviews.

My wife and I are both professional. I am an engineer and my wife is a nurse and we both can't put this game down.  BTW…we are in our 30s and for us this is just a fun and simple game, that works for us.

iphoneapplicationlist…you should be ashamed to have allowed this garbage to be posted…I am sorry but I can not follow you articles if this continues. If tis continues, than this is just a complete waste of our time, and we would rather doodle jump than read her carp!!!

@mvakleko, are you somehow connected with the developer of this game? Or you just like to insult anyone with oposite opinion? Well, Doodle Jump is really boring to my taste – don't read comment from now on either =)

Sorry hun but the proof is in the pudding and their sales ;) . Honestly this is my first time on here and her review is just so biased. It would be different if she talked with people who liked and did not like the game and posted both sides and had something intelligent to say…and not ohhh I feel grumpy today and I wanna put down some developer down because I want to. Her review or words would never stand in the professional world. This is just like somebodies gossip on a bad day :) . Who is she to put somebody down who is doing well with a good idea. They souls get some credit for their hard work and success.

By your logic no one can say his opinion becase of sale numbers? =) It's a personal opinion, same as yours. I, for example, am tired of buzz about this boring game, but i don't rush into forums with comments like "you understand nothing in real quality games"

I think it's a fine game.  It's fun, but I don't find it all that addicting.  In the end it's just a game and I think the reviewer sees that.  You're entitled to your own opinion, but also see that the reviewer is entitled to hers and that just because someone doesn't agree with the masses,  it doesn't mean that the person is automatically wrong.

This site isn't meant to be a completely objective comparison of apps.  Yes, it's a third-party reviewer, but it's still ordinary people with lives that may or may not be similar to yours who write these reviews.  I don't see any reason for you to bash the reviewer or the site because she (just one person) thinks it's a bad game.

Also, clever marketing is clever.  Marketers can get you to buy things without you even noticing…they've got it down to a science (Psychology, sociology, economics, etc.)

I enjoyed the banter! I must admit I agree with the view that not everyone has the same tastes, else we would all be playing PacMan and nothing else.

Howeer, I got the game, and the crazy character jumps around like a demented chicken with red fleas! It's true…I haven't been able to play 5 seconds before the game announces that I have lost. I am not joking…my average play time is about 2 seconds. I have spent more time trying to find some instructions, or settings to slow it down…anything!

So, I give it a 1 star out of 5. Not because it's a poor game (clearly the huge fan base proves that), but because it lacks either instructions/training mode/or at least some intuitive game play!

Not a big fan of Angry Birds, but Doodle Jump is awesomeeeeeeeee!!! And it's so true what they wrote: Insanely addictive!!! :) It takes you a while to manage the "moves", but so far – my favorite game!
