Your ' Stockwatch' does not accept RBS.PR.L Royal Bank of Scotland Preferred share 'L' listed as an ADR on the New York Stock exchange. Why not?

I am using StockWatch to follow my portfolio, but cannot figure out how to show a stock as sold. Any help?

today is the 2nd october however when stockwatch updates portfolio it says date is 3rd october with time.
Date on my I fone is correct
