I think the required registration and list management on a computer are silly, but once you get your lists setup you can add and remove items from the phone.

It actually works pretty well.

I have tried just about all the shopping lists available for the iPhone. This (IMHO) is the best one yet. Very well laid out, it allows you to provide you own custom lists, catagories, and remembers your previous entries for items that you will add to your list regularly. Very well done.
