if the app works couldn't you just go to online to a site like to find the number you wanted. . .and save the .99…..or the wiki ….however it does list countries offline in case you needed it so i suppose that's useful

112 is usually standard in most countries except the US, or 999 or 112 in the uk. Even if it's only alongside the standard number for that country. So why pay for an app? especially when your mobile phone connects to a foreign network and says welcome to xx emergency: 112
