First of all congratulations everybody that the wait and hype is finally over. All of us at iPhoneApplicationList.com are very excited about the new device. We see a lot of opinions in the press that it looks like “overgrown giant iPhone” or that there are no new features on the iPad compared to iPhone.

I do not think so! The tremendous difference  is exactly in the screen size, content (movies, newspapers, books) made for big screen and WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT — APPS for big screen! Developers, just think about the opportunity of developing and using new innovative interfaces with huge multi-touch OLED beauty! This is a new platform even if it looks same as iPhone and huge challenge to get your applications right and discover all the new use cases of the device.

Do not get mislead. We are going to see a success of iPad.

We feel that foreign visitors miss so much when they rely just on

guidebooks or search engines. There are many not-so-famous wonderful
places, and wonderful people, as well as famous ones.

It is our pleasure to see foreign people visit these places, communicate with
the locals, and rediscover the value together, so that these places will remain
for many generations to come. iPhone holds such possibilities!

Tokyo has so much to offer, for travellers from every corner of the world.
It is a diverse city, cherishing the present and past in a unique manner.

In spite of the language barrier, while communicating with locals, their extravagant hand gestures explained all.

Besides, the faster someone uses their hands, the easier it is to tell if they are a naturally enthusiastic person.

Be cautious, because certain gestures may mean something inappropriate or even completely different than you would assume and may cause great confusion. Read the rest of this entry »
