I have tried to quit this game, to turn on my iphone without automatically being drawn to playing it. But I just can’t, the game is too addictive. I thought at the very least I could share with you my new obsession.

Trees of Doom as a concept is a little silly. You will find yourself as a ninja, climbing from tree to tree trying to avoid the scary red flying monster and the tree gnomes with sticks. As silly as it may seem, the game is extremely clever and is constantly exposing a new character or tool, that will help the ninja to bypass the obstacles and make it up the trees. So, as you may have gathered, the goal is to make it up the trees without hitting the purple waterfalls or the red monsters. The mushrooms will allow you to bounce from tree to tree, the hourglass and the blanket will project you up the trees and place you at a more advanced spot. The game takes a bit of getting used to as there are many elements to it, however, it is easy to figure out and will leave you extremely entertained. The ninja makes a ninja-y sound and the interface is very interesting with the front of the screen showing the two trees that move as the ninja is moving up them, and the background is a forest of trees and a volcano that stays still throughout the game. All in all, this is a really neat game that I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for something to do to fill less interesting parts of the day.
