The application is of great help to all those people who have passion, willingness or necessity of Indian cooking but face situations such as unawareness of English names of masala, they can read and understand the names but when they go out to buy, it is difficult to explain MASALA names to the shopkeeper and also that many people do not understand English. Masalapedia addresses each of these problems by helping translate masala (spice) name to English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. The lite version is free for all with 20 masala (spice) names that can really come in handy when you are cooking or shopping. English is the paid version with 94 masala counts available at $0.99. The application can be easily downloaded from Apple store.
