TvvitterBug (that’s “T v v i t t e r B u g”, pronounced “TwitterBug”) was released on the App Store this month. TvvitterBug is a remarkably simple yet very versatile Twitter client app for the iPhone/iPod touch that very successfully melds great functionality with ease of use. Our design goals were to concentrate on core Twitter client functionality, and to make TvvitterBug extremely easy and “fun” to use.
Version 1.1 is currently available, with Version 1.2 coming in a couple of weeks (already submitted to the App Store). Version 1.2 brings some great new features, such as multiple accounts accessible from any tweet view through a simple drag-down selection menu, “persistent tweets” that holds on to your last loaded tweets between app launchings so you can view your tweets anywhere, anytime, whether online or not, and “instant refresh” which allows you to quickly and easily obtain a fresh tweet update by simply double-tapping the title bar above any tweet view.
