GotoAID First AidPosted in Health & Fitness on 27 Oct 2009 |

The app is called GotoAID First Aid. It is a first aid app that provides first aid information for people and their pets. Although there are lots of first aid apps on the itunes store none of them is as comprehensive as ours. We have included over 400 first aid topics and have also included cats and dogs into the app so that it is truly comprehensive. Also built in is the “ICE” program which also stands for “In Case of Emergency.” This is the feature of the app that you can use to input personal medical information for you and a seperate ICE program for info about your pet. This way in case of emergency all the first aid info is right there for you. What’s nice is that you can call your physician or emergency contact right from the app or import it into your contact list. The import will appear as ICE – John Doe and this allows a paramedic or other medical professional to look up any contact information right in your contact list under “ICE.”
First aid emergencies occur every day from spraining your ankle to getting stung by a bee. Do you know what to do in case you encounter an emergency requiring first aid? What if your cat or dog has a first aid emergency? With 420 total topics we hope that through the use of GotoAID we can provide information to assist in reducing pain or even saving someone’s life. Our goal is to provide every person immediate access to first aid information for themselves and their pets. Although there are tons of apps on the app store be believe there are a few that are a must have for any iphone user and GotoAID we believe can possibly save a life or assist in relieving any pain.
