The best way to describe it is that is a geo-locational version of a word building game (like scrabble). Instead of being a sedentary activity, our game uses the real world as its board. Players need to physically walk around town as they go about their daily lives to find virtual letters spread around and post words on the fly. This game is pervasive and does not require any time or spatial commitment, sessions can last weeks. We understand is not for everyone but we think is a really cool concept and are having tons of fun playing it. We, Phonagle, are a student start-up out of the University of Michigan, and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have about what that’s been like.
