You’re tired of losing your golf balls all the time?
Maybe this app can help: iGolfballFinder

iGolfballFinder is made to help you find your golf ball.
It comes at hand in those situations when you anticipate that you will have a hard time finding your golf ball in an ares of deep rough for example.

Most of the time we golfers know pretty well how far we hit the ball. And after the shot we see it quite a while before in vanishes into nowhere.
So we usually have two kinds of information: The distance and the direction.
Now what happens when we approach the assumed landing area?
We’ve forgot, which one of the five trees was the one the ball was heading to. We don’t know how far we’re away from the tee.

iGolfballFinder will give you information for both cases:

The ZOOM PHOTO MODE let’s you take a zoom photo of the assumed landing area. Now when you start searching the ball you can be sure that you are looking at the right spot.

The DISTANCE MODE will track your GPS-position and show your distance (meters or yards) from the tee.

The FULL MODE combines both options: Take a photo and watch your distance while you’re walking up to the assumed landing area.
After a little bit of practice you may now downsize the area you search for the ball to the size of two king size beds*.

What iGolfballFinder can do:
It can increase the chance of finding a lost golf ball if you vaguely know
• where you hit it
• how far you hit it with the club you’ve used.

When i look at my own golf skills (hcp 23.4) iGolfballFinder is saving me about 2 golf balls per month. Depending on the brand and condition this will be 1 to 10 $.

What iGolfballFinder can’t do:
It can’t work miracles. It won’t make you come back from the course with your bag stuffed with Pro V1s.
If you have no idea how far you hit a golf ball with a specific club or if you did not see the ball flight at all iGolfballFinder will not be able to help you retrieve the ball.

* Please note: The size of the assumed landing area depends on the consistency of your golf shot, the weather conditions, the type of golf ball you play and the topography of the golf course
