Karl: You will need to use app store to get the application

Karl, you should have iTunes installed on your PC. Then click the link that says “Install this app from iTunes Store”, follow the instructions. When you get the app to your iTunes on the PC, you will be able to transfer it to your iPhone/iPod Touch.
