Apple has anounced the iPod Touch. iPod Touch is basically the iPhone minus the phone. All the current applications for the iPhone will also work on the iPod Touch. It features the same touch sensitive wide screen as the iPhone, and at $299 for 8gb and $399 for 16 gb, this might be the perfect option for alot of people.

The iPod Touch has:

- iPod Music and Video
- Safari
- YouTube
- Clock / Alarm Clock
- Calender
- Calculator
- Photo Album
- Contacts

The calendar on the ipod touch will not allow new entries from the ipod.
